THERE IS NOTHING

He was preparing his trip, it was the first time that he was going to travel alone, without his parents, without his family; he is fourteen years old and was going to go to Dublin to take an intensive English course.

Two days before the trip, he was walking with his big dog and the dog realized that the area for him was close, he started running and went by a palm tree carrying the boy next to the palm tree behind him. When the boy reached the palm tree, he noticed a prick in his head and a great pain. He went back to his house and told his mother what had happened. His mother looked at his head and saw something that was impossible to remove; so they decided to go to the hospital; the surgeon verified with the help of a scalpel that there was nothing, perhaps what they had seen was an old wound.

The night before the trip, the boy was washing his hair when he noticed something strange on his head and he was able to pull it out, it was a long hard thorn.

If a surgeon could not see a spine of that size, can we be sure that this man is trained to do his job correctly?
